Our welding department focuses on providing clean and precision welded assemblies, supporting commercial or flight applications; weld processes include spot welding, MIG & TIG. We work with several different types of material such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium. We employ the latest technologies in metal joining, combined with flexible tooling allowing us to provide quick and cost effective solutions.

Certifications and standards we follow include MIL-STD-2219A, MIL-STD-1595A and AWS D17.1, ASTM-E-1417. We also follow a company policy to procure raw materials for our Military & Aerospace applications per DFARS 252.225-7014-Alternate I, Preference for Specialty Metals.

The typical weld requirements include sheet metal chassis, precision frames & aircraft ground support equipment, in most cases we supply the customer with a complete welded assembly, NDT, plating and prime/paint and hardware installation.
