The pipe bending process outlines the smart lines for the cart. Yixing selects pipes with excellent toughness and strength according to customers’ drawing. With the help of advanced CNC pipe bending machines, the bending parameters are carefully set to cleverly bend the straight pipe. Just like the curved frame of the cart, the right curvature not only adds beauty, but also optimizes the user experience and fits the human body's operating habits. Tube bending is crucial in the cart fabrication.

The cutting process is the beginning of shaping. Whether it is the fixed-length cutting of the pipe or the cutting of special shapes, high-precision cutting equipment is indispensable. Laser cutting, with its advantages of precision and efficiency, ensures that the incision is smooth and the dimensional error is extremely small, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing links. Yixing is equipped with flat laser cutting machines to cut flat sheet metal material to desired shapes and also 3D laser cutting machines to cut tube/profiles with high precision and fast speed.

The welding process is the core of building a solid skeleton of the steel cart. For the combination of pipe fittings of different materials, reasonable welding methods need to be selected. Argon arc welding is used for stainless steel pipe welding to ensure fine and tough welds; ordinary arc welding is used for low-carbon steel pipes to ensure a firm connection. We do strict control welding parameters to ensure that every weld can withstand the test.

The powder spraying process gives the cart a gorgeous "coat". After the structural assembly is completed, it undergoes strict surface pretreatment like sand blasting, glass bead blasting to remove oil and rust, and then evenly sprays environmentally friendly powder coating and sends it into a high-temperature curing furnace. After the cart is baked, the paint surface is smooth and bright, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, combining beauty and practicality.
