The working principle of continuous mold is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Raw material processing: Continuous molds are usually used for mass production of parts, and raw materials are fed into the molds. In some cases, a heater is installed in the mold, which melts the raw materials at a constant temperature and is then formed through injection molding technology.
2. Automated production: The working principle of continuous molds also involves CNC technology. The machining program is input into the CNC system of the machine tool, and the machine tool automatically processes according to the preset machining sequence, achieving continuous production of products.
3. Stamping operation: In stamping molds, the continuous die achieves product production through continuous stamping operation. The mold is stamped once and the strip is moved at a fixed distance until the product is completed.
4. Precision guidance: The continuous mold is equipped with different small guide pillars and guide sleeves for precise internal guidance, to achieve the requirement of seamless sliding guidance. During installation, the small guide pillars of the punching, deep drawing module, individual deep drawing module, bending and carrier separation module are fixed on the upper mold fixing plate, and the small guide pillars of the threaded module are fixed on the concave mold cushion plate.
5. Feeding positioning: In order to eliminate cumulative feeding errors, vibrations caused by high-speed stamping, and material movement caused by stamping forming, the automatic feeding device is usually used for rough feeding positioning, and the guide pin is used for precise spacing.
In summary, the working principle of a continuous mold is to achieve continuous processing and shaping of raw materials in the mold through technological means such as automated production, precision guidance, and feeding positioning, in order to improve production efficiency and product quality.
